When we first started the Below the Line Film Festival our goal was to offer a platform for ANYONE to enter their film and reach an audience. As we've been growing and learning, we have found that there is a whole subset of filmmakers from all over the world who do not have the funds to enter their films into festivals to try and attract an audience or gain more footing in the film industry.
Since our 2023 season, generous donors have sponsored more than 25 films to submit for the festival.
