Filmmakers info for the 2023 Below the Line Film Festival
Congratulations on being selected for the 2023 Below the Line Film Festival. As a new festival we are thrilled you chose to submit your film and we are excited to showcase it at one of our two screenings in New York City as well as streaming online Sep 27 & 28! Friday films are streaming on Wednesday and Saturday films are streaming on Thursday.

Audience Choice Award: This award is voted on by audience members and the winning film receives $300. Anyone who attends the screenings or views the streaming online is eligible to vote for this award. Tell your friends! Winner is announced Monday October 2nd.
Judges Choice Award: Our judges panel awards a Judges Choice Award to a film they feel has achieved outstanding effort. This $300 award is awarded at the sole discretion of our judges and is announced Monday October 2nd.
Category Awards: For categories with more than three entries, a category award winner is named. This award is given at the discretion of our judges panel and is announced on Social Media Friday September 29th.
