Welcome to the landing page for the 2024 Below the Line Film Festival. We are proud to offer a festival for films who don't have the film making pedigree or marketing machine that has come to characterize the film community. Our judging panel watches each film and selects films based on a number of criteria including but not limited to technical and/or artistic merit. Films are voted on by the judging panel and films with the highest scores are chosen as official selections.
